POINT – creative space in Olomouc

A space where creativity runs free and you have room to grow. A creative space in Olomouc for events and workshops – ours and yours. A high-end photo/video studio, gear rental and a community coworking. A place for your own growth and learning.

studio & cyclorama

A large infinity cove (5.1 × 5.2 m, 3.5 m high) that can be painted any colour, plus colour paper backdrops 2.7 m wide. A kitchen, coffee and a make-up corner – 200 m² for photo shoots, video and podcasts. Lights and cameras can be rented right here.

events & workshops

We run our own events, workshops and learning programmes – masterminds, talks, networking and community evenings. Come and meet people who create, learn something new and move forward.

space rental

An event, workshop, talk, pop-up or something nobody has done yet – the space is yours and nobody will tie your hands. Set it up your way, and if you like, we will help with tech, production and catering.

coworking

Fixed and flexible desks for freelancers and creative teams. Specialty coffee from Pikola, fast wi-fi and people you will enjoy sharing a table with. Not a quiet anonymous office – here you are part of everything that happens in the space.

Frequently asked questions

how does booking work?

You book directly on the website in the Rental section. Pick a date and time, book it and everything you need to know lands in your inbox. No unnecessary paperwork.

can I come and see the space first?

Of course – we actually recommend it. Write or call us, we will arrange a time, show you the studio and the facilities and talk about your plans over a coffee.

how do I pay?

For space rental we take a 50% deposit and you pay the rest after your event. Everything is invoiced. Prices on the website exclude VAT.

what is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 48 hours in advance and it is free. Cancelling 24–48 hours before costs 50% of the price, less than 24 hours before the full price. Details are in our terms and conditions.

can I rent it in the evening or at the weekend?

Any time. Morning, evening, weekends – we adapt to your plan.

where can I park?

You can park right on Mrštíkovo náměstí or in the nearby streets, within a 2-minute walk of the entrance.

can I rent gear without renting the studio?

Absolutely, no problem. Tell us what you need and we will sort it out.

can you also shoot the video or photos for me?

Sure. POINT is run by the people behind the video production company BREAKING POINT, so we do commercials, promo videos, interviews, podcasts and photography ourselves. We will shoot it for you, right here at POINT if you like – from the idea to the finished result. Just tell us what you need.

can I bring my own catering or drinks?

Sure, feel free to bring your own food and drinks. And if you do not want to deal with it, we will arrange catering and a bar for you.
